Pocket Full of Posies Challenge # 6

This time the Pocket Full of Posies challenge theme is ‘Floral Fantasy’, and our sponsors for this fortnight are Craft Brulee.

Here is my card for the challenge. The image is one of Sugar Nellie’s gorgeous Leanne Ellis designs, which I’ve coloured with Promarkers. The beautiful lace and lollipop flower are from Craft Brulee, and the other flowers are from my local craft shop.

I must apologise for the lack of blog posts recently: I’ve not been very well, but I hope to get back to blogging more regularly soon – I hope you’ll bear with me!

Thank you for visiting and taking a look at my card.

Pocket Full of Posies – Challenge #3

Welcome to the third Pocket Full of Posies challenge! This week we are being sponsored by Di’s Digi Downloads. Di has some fab downloads, so do go and have a nosey at her site. It was my turn to choose the theme for the challenge this time, and I chose the colour combination of Aqua and Peach.

Here is my card. For the image, I decided on one of the pretty, older, stamps from Sugar Nellie. This one hadn’t been inked a lot, so I thought that it was time to give her another airing. She is coloured with Promarkers as usual, and the floral paper is by My Mind’s Eye. I’m afraid that I can’t remember the origin of the other paper. The cardstock is by Bazzill. The large and tiny peach flowers are handmade, using Tim Holtz’s ‘Grunge Flowers’ die, and the aqua ones are from Prima’s e-line collection.  They have all been spritzed with glimmer mist, and lightly touched with stickles just around the petal edges.

Thanks for taking a peek at my card!  I do hope you will be tempted to join us for the new challenge.
