Hasn’t the weather been awful during the Easter break? Whilst it snowed, hailed and froze, I stayed in the warm and made a few cards – the gardening can always wait for another weekend! The first one is a birthday card for a dear friend – have a lovely day on Wednesday, Sue! The image is a Lola Rose image from Pink Petticoat, The colouring is done with Prisma pencils blended with Sansodor. I’ve added a touch of Sakura clear Glaze to the rose on the bath, and ‘Fluffy Stuff’ to the bubbles, with crystal glitter sprinkled sparingly on top before heating with a heat gun. The papers are Sissix and blue pearl card, and the pink silky flower is from Prima.
On the Dotty Lola card I used a lovely pearly dotty background paper by Craft House, with light orange cardstock embossed with the Swiss Dots folder from Cuttlebug The Lola with Bunny stamp is by Sugar Nellie, coloured in with Prisma, blended with Sansodor. The flower is from Prima.
The cute sheep image is also by Pink Petticoat, and I’ve used Fluffy Stuff to accentuate her wool. Prisma pencils with Sansodor were used to colour, adding glaze pens on the flower and sheep’s hooves. I embossed the yellow card stock with a Cuttlebug folder, and the background paper is from my stash. I also used a Cuttlebug die to cut the flower accent after printing the sentiment on the computer.
Hope you enjoy the new cards!
