This week’s challenge at Passion for Promarkers is sponsored by the lovely Joanna Sheen, and she will be giving the lucky winner a voucher for £10 to spend in her online shop.
The theme, chosen by Caryn, is to use the colours Poppy and Moss, with an extra twist in that you are to add something tasty to your card mmm…
I’ve used some gorgeous Whiff of Joy stamps, all from their summer collection, on my card. The colour recipe is shown below the card. The papers are by K & Co and Melissa Frances. The swirls are made with an EK Success punch, and the tiny daisies are punched out with a punch by Woodware. The lacy border punch is by Martha Stewart.
Here is the recipe for the colouring on this card:
Skin: Ivory, Blush and Pastel Pink.
Hair: Sandstone, Cinnamon and Cocoa.
Dress and Flowers: Poppy, Moss, Ruby, Lime, Ivory,Vanilla and Cool Aqua.
Boots: Satin, Sandstone and Ivory.
Bowl of Apples: Poppy, Ruby, Moss, Ivory, Vanilla and Cornflower.
The other DT girls have some glorious eye candy for you this week, so don’t forget to visit them (links in my sidebar), and don’t forget to enter the challenge on our blog, with a chance to win the £10 voucher from Joanna Sheen.
Thanks for visiting and if you leave a comment it will make my day!
